Frequently asked questions
(Q) : Can I order overseas?
(A) : At this stage we can provide online facility only in Malaysia Northern Corridor; as we have our products available in 24 countries worldwide via retail stores and duty free shops.
(Q) : Where are the orders sent from?
(A) : All orders are processed at our central facility in Penang however at times products may be dispatched from other locations depending on stock availability.
(Q) : How long does it take for me to receive my order?
(A) : We endeavor to process and dispatch orders within 2 working days of receipt and delivery within 2 - 3 business days from dispatch. Delivery times will vary for regional and remote locations or when products are temporarily out of stock.
(Q) : How much is the freight charges?
(A) : The freight charges are estimated at RM10.00 per consignment.
(Q) : Can I change my order after I have received a confirmation email?
(A) : Unfortunately we can only cancel orders in their entirety once confirmed and cannot simply amend it.
(Q) : Can I have my order sent to different address than mine?
(A) : Yes. When you place an order you are asked to enter the shipping details if different from contact details.
(Q) : What is refund policy?
(A) : We simply don’t provide refund after order has been dispatched, however we can exchange the product of same cost, product return shipment will be charged.
(Q) : Is my personal information secure?
(A) : When you provide us with personal details (including but not limited to) your name and contact details, the information will be used as permitted by you and only for legitimate business reasons and we have established policies and procedures to ensure that all your personal information is handled in accordance with the law.

(A) : When purchasing from Parisvally your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard.
